This style is perfect with it cap sleeves! Not to tight around the shoulders and under the arms, quality of the material of this t shirt is thick which is perfect as it stays in place and doesnt rise up, size can run small but depending on how you like it to fit, I choose XS as I like them tight on myself.

This is a fantastic tshirt for the gym! mine ended up with a small whole in after one wash but the vanquish team was absolutely lovely, cloe was so nice and i received a gift voucher as i am going to make another purchase. very good quality and is very flattering!
