Refund policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If your item is posted back to us, within 30 days of you receiving it, we will refund any full-price or discounted sale item (as long as in original condition). During sale periods, our returns policy may be extended, please see our FAQ/Help page for updates. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable items:
 Gift cards
 Downloadable software products
 Some health and personal care items including, underwear and accessories such as water bottles.
 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing items.


Refunds (if applicable)
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company if you have not received the funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges of any items purchased within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please see our FAQ/Help page for more information on how to exchange your order and the address this should be sent to.
If you have received a damaged/defective item, you do not need to return this.

Shipping
To return your order, please see our FAQ/Help page for the correct address to send your parcel to whether you are refunding or exchanging your items. You will be required to pay the shipping fee to return your order to us and any applicable charges associated with this return.


If you are exchanging your order for another item, you will not need to pay the standard shipping fee associated with this as it will be covered by us. If you would like your exchange sent back to you via our Express service, please let us know before we receive your return as charges will apply, for this please contact us at help@vqfit.com


We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return in the event this is undelivered/lost you will be able to contact the courier service, as we will not be able to claim for your return on your behalf.


Text Marketing Terms and Conditions:
 We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in for our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc", an European Union company with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfil their delivery. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
